Jennifer M. Baker is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who has interned in several agencies including alcohol and drugs, mental health, and a prison release program. Throughout her career, she engaged adolescents and adults in different capacities with an interest in hospital social work. Additionally, she worked in Case Management for 16 years with three of those years as a Lead Social Worker. In 2018, Jennifer transitioned to the palliative medicine team in effort to support chronically ill patients suffering with grief, anxiety, and depression while utilizing various resources and coping mechanisms. She has been trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and is a Certified Case Manager. She is currently pursuing Certification in Hospice and Palliative through National Association of Social Work.
